I loved learning ways to help help our kids deal with their stress and anxiety. Matter a fact, I used some techniques yesterday. A couple of us learned, we were already having the kids perform some of the methods already. We just didn't realize it was part of yoga. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity. This was one of my favorite PDs ever because I feel my time wasn't wasted. Everything thing I learned will help both my students and myself.
