Getting a good night’s sleep is an important part of living a healthy lifestyle, just like eating right and exercising regularly. Through the Sleep Better! Feel Better! Campaign, focus on your sleep, improve your mental and physical health, and earn points to be one of 14 GMSD top finishers to receive an exclusive prize from Mattress FIRM (Germantown, TN location).

about this challenge
The annual Sleep Better! Feel Better! challenge usually takes place in November of each year, but all throughout the year, you can engage in activities to improve your sleep and earn points via this platform.
how to earn points
To maintain a competitive fairness throughout the competition, each night's submission must be completed within 24 hours in order to count. You can receive additional bonus points (50 points) for each of the following:
1.) Social Media shoutout of the Sleep Better, Feel Better Challenge (Facebook)
2.) A screenshot of you tracking your sleep either manually (log or journal) or an app
3.) Sharing the challenge with another GMSD employee
4.) Attending the virtual presentation(s) on Sleep Awareness (100 points for each session)

Get 7 or more hours of sleep a night
Get 7 or more hours of sleep 10 days in a month
Get 7 or more hours of sleep 20 days in a month
Cut off screen time 1 hour before bed 10 days in a month
Cut off screen time 1 hour before bed 20 days in a month
Use GMSD Virtual Calming Room
