Option 1: Use the following template to input your Fitness Gram PACER data for the tested grades of: 4th, 6th, 8th & 9th. Email the completed spreadsheet to me when finished. You'll need to input the following pieces of information for your portion of this required report: ​
  • Date Tested
  • School Code
  • School
  • Grade Tested
  • Student's Name 
  • Student's Sex (Male or Female)
  • PACER Score (20 Meter)
